SMS Terms
Effective Date: July 19, 2026 · Last Updated: July 19, 2026
1. Program Overview
These SMS Terms describe the Relvara text-messaging program ("Relvara / agent messaging"), operated by Zensen Media LTD. The program has two flows: (1) messages from Relvara's AI Manager to opted-in licensed real estate agents, and (2) messages that opted-in consumers receive from their own real estate agent through Relvara. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in to the program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Relvara form (for example, a lead-capture, property-inquiry, valuation, tour, or open-house sign-in form), or by texting our number to start a conversation. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use any non-SMS feature of the Service.
The exact phone-automation consent language shown to consumers is:
By checking this box and submitting, I provide my electronic signature and agree that the real estate professional identified on the page may call or text me at the number provided about my real estate inquiry and related services, including recurring marketing messages sent with automated technology and calls using artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voices. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Approximately 1-10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
The real estate professional is identified by name on the form you complete. Agents who opt themselves in to messages from their own AI Manager (in Settings → Notifications) see this language:
I agree to receive SMS from Relvara including notifications from my personal AI Manager. Approximately 1-10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
3. Message Types
Depending on how you opted in, you may receive:
- Inquiry follow-up — replies and follow-ups from your real estate agent about the property inquiry, showing, tour, valuation, or open house you asked about.
- Account & compliance messages — such as verification codes, opt-out confirmations, and billing alerts.
- AI Manager responses — for agents, conversational replies generated in response to text queries you send to your AI Manager.
We do not send marketing blasts or promotional content unrelated to the inquiry that triggered your opt-in.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity and the conversation. You will receive approximately 1–10 messages per week, and typically fewer than ten messages per day. Messaging is conversational, not broadcast, so there is no fixed cadence.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.Any charges come from your wireless carrier under your mobile plan; check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates.
6. Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)
Opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message. We will stop sending messages to that mobile number. A later START is a request to re-enroll; recurring messages resume only after new consent is verified.
For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message, or use the Support Center.
7. Privacy & Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with our SMS delivery provider strictly to send and receive the messages you have opted in to. Full details on how we collect, use, store, and share mobile numbers are in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and the state of the mobile network, and cannot be guaranteed.
9. Questions & More Information
These SMS Terms supplement, and are governed by, our Terms of Service (Section 9A) and Privacy Policy (Section 9). For any questions about the messaging program, use the Support Center.
