Acceptable Use Policy

2. Telemarketing, SMS & Voice Calls

When you use Relvara to text or call consumers, you must:

• Obtain prior express written consent before sending any automated marketing SMS or placing any automated or AI-voice marketing call. Do not send automated marketing messages or calls to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in.
• Keep inbound conversations purpose-bound. A consumer who texts or calls you may receive a direct response within that conversation. Their inquiry does not authorize recurring campaigns, unrelated promotions, or AI-voice solicitation unless they separately provide the required channel-specific written consent.
• Never text or call purchased, rented, or third-party lists. You may only message contacts who gave you consent. Messaging purchased or rented lists is also prohibited by the Twilio Messaging Policy, which governs message delivery on the platform.
• Honor all opt-outs immediately. When a recipient replies with STOP or any equivalent opt-out keyword, or otherwise asks to stop, you must cease all further messages and calls to that person without delay.
• Respect quiet hours. Send messages and place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time. In Florida, Oklahoma, and Maryland, additional state restrictions apply: do not contact recipients after 8:00 p.m. local time, and do not make more than three (3) call or text attempts to a recipient over any 24-hour period.
• Washington (CEMA). Do not send unsolicited commercial text messages, or unsolicited recruiting text messages, to Washington phone numbers.
• Texas (SB 140).Do not send solicitation texts to Texas numbers without the recipient's prior consent, unless you hold your own Texas telephone-solicitation registration.
• Call recording. Comply with all applicable call-recording and wiretapping consent laws, including the all-party-consent laws of states that require them, whenever a call is recorded.

3. Email (CAN-SPAM)

Commercial email you send through or in connection with the Service must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable anti-spam laws. In particular, you must:

• Use accurate, non-deceptive header information and subject lines; do not use false or misleading "From," "To," routing, or subject information.
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly and provide a clear, functioning way to opt out of future email.
• Include your valid physical postal address in your commercial email.

4. Fair Housing

You must not use the Service to engage in discriminatory advertising, marketing, or audience targeting. This includes advertising, targeting, or excluding audiences based on a protected class — such as race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin, or any other class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law — and includes targeting or exclusion by proxies that correlate with a protected class (for example, ZIP codes, interests, or other attributes used as a stand-in for a protected characteristic).

5. Artificial Intelligence

You must not use Relvara's AI features to:

• Engage in behavioral manipulation intended to deceive or coerce a person into an action they would not otherwise take.
• Carry out unlawful discrimination against any individual or group.
• Impersonate a real person or entity without disclosure where disclosure is required by law.
• Create or distribute unlawful deepfakes, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

These prohibited categories mirror the prohibited-use categories of the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (TRAIGA). AI outputs are probabilistic aids and must be reviewed and approved by a human before any consumer-facing use.

6. Data & Scraping

• No scraping. Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service, and do not circumvent any technical measures that protect it.
• MLS / IDX data. Use MLS and IDX data only in accordance with your own MLS and IDX agreements and rules.
• No data of minors. Do not collect, upload, or process personal data about individuals under 18 through the Service.
• Protected-person nondisclosure.Cooperate with protected-person nondisclosure requests, such as those under New Jersey's Daniel's Law. Where such a request applies, we honor takedowns within ten (10) business days of notice.

7. Security

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written authorization.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service techniques.

8. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account under our Terms of Service, and, where appropriate, referral of unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate to protect the Service, our users, and third parties.
