Partner Program Terms
Effective July 25, 2026 · Version 2026-07-25.v6
These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Relvara Partner Program operated by Zensen Media LTD. They supplement the Relvara Terms of Service. By enrolling, you agree to both documents.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
The program is available to Relvara users who are at least 18 years old, have authority to accept these terms, maintain accurate account and payout information, and comply with applicable law and Relvara policies. Relvara may decline or remove participants for fraud, abuse, legal risk, policy violations, or conduct that could harm Relvara or its customers.
Enrollment is individual. Your partner code and link may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without Relvara's written approval.
2. Qualifying referrals
A referral must be a genuinely new Relvara organization attributed to your partner link or code before its first paid subscription invoice. First-touch attribution applies and locks when the first qualifying invoice is paid. Existing organizations and retroactive code submissions do not qualify.
Referrals are single-level only. You earn solely on eligible customers you directly refer. You do not earn for recruiting another partner or from any customer referred by another partner.
3. Commission calculation
Commissions are calculated only on net subscription cash actually collected by Relvara: the fully paid subscription invoice total after discounts and excluding tax. List prices, unpaid amounts, taxes, credits, and $0 invoices do not generate commissions.
- First collected invoice: 50% bounty only.
- Second and later collected invoices: 10% recurring commission. The recurring rate never stacks with the bounty on month one.
For a newly referred customer on Relvara's $99 Agent plan, commissions are based on the $99 net amount actually collected. Legacy founder, complimentary, and other excluded accounts described below do not generate commissions.
4. Qualification and holds
A first-invoice bounty becomes eligible for manual approval only after both conditions are satisfied: at least 35 days have passed since the first invoice was paid, and the referred customer has made at least two successful subscription payments. Recurring commissions have a 30-day hold from each invoice payment.
A completed hold makes a commission eligible for review; it does not guarantee approval or immediate payment. Relvara may investigate suspected fraud, duplicate attribution, payment risk, or policy violations before approval.
5. Subscription requirements
At the time a referred invoice is collected, both the referred customer and the partner must have an active or trialing Relvara subscription. A partner may qualify through their own subscription or through an organization where they are an active member.
If your subscription is not active or trialing when an invoice is collected, no commission is created for that invoice and the missed amount is not banked or added later. Previously accrued, approved, or paid amounts remain subject to these terms.
6. Payouts and tax information
Payouts are processed monthly by your selected method. Two methods are available: direct bank transfer, or Relvara account credit applied against your subscription bill. Cash payouts require at least $25 in approved net commissions; smaller balances roll forward. Processing times may vary after Relvara creates a payout batch.
Bank transfer is handled by Stripe. You complete Stripe's own onboarding, where Stripe collects and verifies your identity, bank details, and required tax information directly — Relvara never receives or stores your taxpayer identification number. Stripe issues any required tax forms for amounts paid to you through it. Availability remains subject to Stripe's approval and account restrictions.
Account credit requires no identity or tax verification and is applied automatically against your next Relvara invoice. It is a reduction of what you owe for your own subscription, not a cash payment, and it can only be applied while your subscription is active.
You are responsible for accurate payout and tax information and for all taxes arising from program earnings. Under the reporting threshold in effect for 2026, Relvara or its payment provider may issue Form 1099 for annual reportable payments of $2,000 or more, and may report at a different threshold if law changes or reporting is otherwise required.
7. Refunds, chargebacks, and clawbacks
Refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, credits, reversals, fraud, and similar events can reduce or eliminate the related commission. Accrued or approved amounts may be clawed back before payment. If an amount has already been paid, the clawed-back amount may be netted against future commissions or otherwise recovered where permitted by law.
8. Promotion and FTC disclosure
You must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all advertising, email, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. Whenever you promote your link or code, clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Relvara—for example, “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.”
Disclosures must appear with the endorsement, be easy to notice and understand, and not be hidden behind a profile, link, hashtag group, or “more” control. You may share honest personal experience but may not make misleading claims, promise income or business results, impersonate Relvara, or imply that you are a Relvara employee.
9. Prohibited and excluded activity
- No self-referrals, including the same person, code owner, purchaser, or organization.
- No multi-level, sub-affiliate, or recruited-partner commissions.
- No cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, fake identities, duplicate organizations, or manufactured transactions.
- No bidding on Relvara trademarks or using confusingly similar domains, handles, ads, or branding without written approval.
- No spam or promotion that violates applicable consent, email, telemarketing, privacy, or platform rules.
Complimentary accounts, legacy founder accounts, internal/test accounts, and organizations that existed when the Partner Program launched do not generate commissions. These accounts may still be eligible to participate as partners if they otherwise meet program requirements.
10. Changes and termination
Relvara may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or these terms prospectively, including commission rates, eligibility, holds, payout methods, and minimums. When practical, material changes will be communicated through the product, email, or an updated effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already paid, but future accruals and unpaid amounts remain subject to the then-current program rules and valid clawbacks.
You may stop participating at any time. Relvara may suspend or terminate participation immediately for fraud, abuse, legal or reputational risk, nonpayment, or breach. Termination ends eligibility for new commissions. Valid approved balances remain subject to minimums, verification, offsets, tax documentation, and these terms.
